ECUA is pleased to announce that the Pensacola Beach Reclaimed Water Main Project is moving forward and installation work on the $1.8M project will begin on September 6, after the Labor weekend and the heaviest months of the beach tourist season.

ECUA business offices will be closed on Tuesday, July 4, in observance of the Independence Day holiday. Residential and Commercial sanitation collections for ECUA customers will be collected one day later (Tuesday collections will be made on Wednesday, etc.). ECUA offices, including our Customer Service Department, will re-open on Wednesday, July 5 at 8:00 am. Customer Service hours are from 8:30 am. to 5:00 pm. Faced with soaring operating costs and inflation, the ECUA Board approved a budget for their 2024 fiscal year Tuesday afternoon that strikes a balance between providing quality services and rising expenses.

Beginning July 1st, 2023, bulk waste service is call-for-pickup!

In the face of staff turnover, the ECUA’s Materials Recycling Facility (MRF) will not be receiving mixed recyclables for processing starting Friday, April 14, 2023, for an estimated four weeks. During this time, ECUA will be conducting hiring and training for employment in the facility.
