Vendors & Purchasing

We welcome vendors who desire to do business with ECUA.

Effective immediately, ECUA has expanded its method of notifying prospective suppliers/contractors of newly issued non-engineering solicitations (ITB/RFB, RFP, etc.). In addition to posting formal solicitations to the ECUA website, we are also posting solicitations to BidNet Direct – Florida Purchasing Group. Suppliers/contractors will have the ability to download all the documents pertaining to the solicitation document(s) as well as any addenda or other bid documents from this site. Suppliers/contractors are encouraged to register with BidNet Direct in order to view the official solicitation documents at no charge.

If assistance is needed in registering or accessing documents, please contact the Florida Purchasing Group support department toll free at 800-835-4603 and select Option 2.

The ECUA Purchasing & Stores Division is located on the 2nd floor of the Customer Service Building at Ellyson Industrial Park and is a member of the National Institute of Government Purchasing (NIGP) and the local chapter – the Central Gulf Coast Chapter of NIGP.
