If you are in need of assistance outside of normal business hours, please call our Emergency After Hours phone line: (850) 476-5110. You may submit Emergency After Hours Form to notify evening/weekend operations (from 5:00PM to 8:30AM) about assistance needed for selected problem related to water or sewer at your account's service location.

Please include your service location's address, photo attachments of issue, along with your phone # number for ECUA emergency crew staff to call as soon as possible.
