ECUA Engineering Dept. Works to Minimize Face-to-Face Contact Temporarily

Out of an abundance of caution due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in the interest of the health of the ECUA staff and our customers/clients, the ECUA Engineering Department offices will be restricting access to minimize person-to-person contact. However, we will continue to process Single Service and System Extension permit applications for water and sewer service. We have adjusted our permit application submittal process to enable electronic submission of permit applications. We strongly encourage teleconferencing. However, if meetings are necessary, they will be conducted by appointment only. If you have a permit application that is currently in process, please call the ECUA project representative assigned to your application. Single Service
For Single Service applications, please email the Request for Single Service Connection application to ecuaeng.contact@ecua.fl.gov and an ECUA representative will follow-up with you within 1-2 business days.

System Extensions
For projects that require a water or sewer system extension, please email the Project Information Form to ecuaeng.contact@ecua.fl.gov and an ECUA representative will follow-up with you within 1-2 business days.
