Massachusetts Avenue will be closed between Market Street and Warehouse Lane on Monday, January 16, for utility work. Since the road must be closed completely for safety concerns, work is being performed on the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday to avoid disrupting school traffic, which would otherwise be present. Work will begin at 3:00 a.m. and conclude at approximately 5:00 p.m., weather and temperature conditions permitting.
