ECUA Suspends the Discontinuation of Services for Non-Payment - UPDATE 5-21-20

UPDATE: 5-21-20

On March 16, to extend a helping hand to families facing hardship due to COVID-19, our Board suspended the policy with overdue accounts. However, as a governmental entity, ECUA is only able to legally extend this courtesy for 90 days. The suspension of cutting water service due to non-payment and delinquent accounts will end on June 15, 2020.

Please contact Customer Service with any questions or concerns you may have about your account balance and/or
to set up a payment plan arrangement to bring your account current. Remember, we are in this together.
