Phone lines are back in service.
ECUA is experiencing issues with its telephone and IT infrastructure system. Customer Service lines are currently down. We are working with our communications hardware and software providers to restore services as quickly as possible.
Our Customer Service Department does have some limited email capabilities through email@example.com. We appreciate our customers' understanding as response times will be longer than normal and apologize for any inconvenience these issues may cause.
