The Emerald Coast Utilities Authority (ECUA) has launched a new customer service app, with the public-facing name titled “MyECUA.”

The MyECUA app is powered by SeeClickFix, an online and mobile service request system that enables customers to easily report non-emergency issues directly to ECUA. With SeeClickFix, customers can submit service requests through the web on a desktop computer, laptop, mobile phone, or tablet. The platform makes it easy to notify ECUA about issues related to sanitation, water, sewer services, or other utility-related concerns.

SeeClickFix is a public application. Any description entered into a request will be visible to the public. A customer’s display name will also be visible unless the customer chooses to submit the request as Anonymous. If submitted as Anonymous, the customer’s email address will not be displayed publicly.
