On July 20, 2021 immediately following the adjournment of the 3:00 pm Citizen’s Advisory Committee (CAC) meeting, the members of that committee will receive training on the use of the new PrimeGov software which will be used for agenda and meeting management processes for both CAC and Board meetings starting in August. This software system will automate agenda preparation, enhance committee and document management, manage video streaming, and integrate meeting agenda and video archive information for improved access by the public and media.
The training activity will be held in the ECUA Board Room, 9255 Sturdevant Street, Pensacola, Florida 32514.
