The repairs are completed and water service has been restored. A Precautionary Boil Water Notice (PBWN) is being issued by the Emerald Coast Utilities Authority (ECUA) for this area has been lifted under a separate posting.

Water service has been temporarily interrupted to residents in the area of 5051 Grande Drive (Towne Square Condominiums and Villas on the Square) due to a broken 4-inch water main. ECUA crews are on site working to repair the main and restore service as quickly as possible. Gulf Power crews are also on site working to secure power lines to a transformer located at the break location. At this time, Gulf Power estimates this process to take 3 to 4 hours. Updates will be posted as work progresses and information becomes available.
