ECUA crews have completed repairs and are flushing the lines. Service has been restored to all customers. A Precautionary Boil Water Notice (PBWN) will be issued to the Bell Ridge subdivision and Patrick Lane under a separate notice.

Update: 12-05-21, 8:30 a.m.

ECUA crews have isolated the broken valve and pressure has returned to normal for most residents. Customers in the Bell Ridge subdivision and homes along Patrick Lane remain out of service. Crews are working around an overhead electrical transmission main and other utilities but continue to work making repairs.

ECUA crews have identified the source of the break, a valve located on Nine Mile Rd near the west entrance of the Navy Federal Credit Union campus. Crews are now working to isolate the area of the break in order to effect repairs.

Residents in the Nine Mile Road area near the Navy Federal Credit Union campus are experiencing low water pressure. ECUA crews are n site working to locate, isolate and repair the problem.
