ECUA Telephone System services restored.

Update, 1:50 p.m. 9-6-19: Full restoration of outgoing phone services has been achieved. All of ECUA's telephone functions have been restored.

Update, 8:00 a.m. 9-4-19: Partial restoration of outgoing phone services occurred overnight. ECUA's telephone service provider continues to work on resolving the issue.

Update, 2:15 p.m.: Incoming calls are now functioning. Our phone service provider continues to work on restoring service of outgoing calls.

ECUA is experiencing issues with its telephone system and all lines are currently down, including those to our Customer Service Center. We are working with our communications hardware and software providers to restore services as quickly as possible.

Our Customer Service Department does have some limited email capabilities through customer.service@ecua.fl.gov. We appreciate our customers' understanding as response times will be longer than normal and apologize for any inconvenience these issues may cause.
