Service has been restored to ECUA Customer Service telephone lines.

ECUA is experiencing issues with its telephone system, which are affecting the functionality of our Customer Service telephone lines. We are working with our communications hardware and software providers to restore services as quickly as possible.

Our Customer Service Department does have email capability through customer.service@ecua.fl.gov. We appreciate our customers' understanding as response times will be longer than normal and apologize for any inconvenience these issues may cause.
