Update, 11:150 a.m. 4-15-20: The ECUA's Customer Service line functions have been restored.

ECUA is experiencing issues with its telephone system and our Customer Service line is currently down. We are working with our communications hardware and software providers to restore services as quickly as possible.

Our Customer Service Department does have some limited email capabilities through customer.service@ecua.fl.gov. We appreciate our customers' understanding as response times will be longer than normal and apologize for any inconvenience these issues may cause.
