The computer system is back up and all processes have been restored to normal operations.

The ECUA computer system is currently down. Customer payments and new account set-ups can not be processed at this time. IT Staff are working as quickly as possible to restore the system functions.

There will be no service turn-offs on delinquent accounts today due to the freezing temperatures and to allow for customers with delinquent accounts to make payments after the restoration of the computer system. We thank our customers for their understanding as we work to resolve this issue.
