ECUA offices will be closed on December 24 and 25 in observance of the Christmas holiday, and on January 1, 2025, in observance of the New Year’s holiday.

The Customer Service office and walk-in payment area ONLY will also be closed on December 31. All other ECUA offices and the drive-thru window will be open on December 31.

Sanitation Pick-up Schedules for the Holiday Weeks:
Residential Customers (All Collection Services) & Commercial Customers’ Dumpster Services

Christmas - Wednesday, Dec. 25: Collection will be made on Thursday, Dec. 26. Thursday's collections will be on Friday, and Friday's collections will be on Saturday.

New Year’s Day - Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025: Collection will be made on Thursday, January 2, 2025. Thursday's collections will be on Friday, and Friday's collections will be on Saturday.
