ECUA crews worked through the night to locate valves, isolate the hydrant, and flushed out the line. Full water service is restored.

ECUA crews are currently onsite at Hwy. 29 and 9 1/2-mile road working to repair a 16-inch water main, which was damaged when a connected fire hydrant was hit by a car. ECUA customers located in the area of Hwy 29, between 10-Mile Road and 9-Mile Road, may experience low water pressure or loss of water service as crews work to repair this main.

Crews are working as quickly and safely as possible. Updates will be posted as information becomes available.
