As a part of the Emerald Coast Utilities Authority’s (ECUA) commitment to continuous service improvement, we have rearranged our routes to accommodate the growth and development that has occurred in our service area over the last few years. For our customers’ convenience, there is no change to collection days; all collections remain on the same day. However, collection times may vary from those to which our customers have become accustomed. Some collections may be made earlier than normal while others might be later in the day. To minimize the chance of a missed pick-up, customers should place their cans at the curb by 5:30 am on their regular collection day. Also, we ask that our customers give our drivers a chance to complete their new routes and wait until the next morning to call our Customer Service Center at 850-476-0480 to report a missed collection.
